Multi-station forming
Multi-station forming machines allow us to deform the material gradually over five stations. This technique makes it possible to manufacture parts with complex shapes.
These machines can process wire from Ø 5 to Ø 12

Double stroke forming presses are extremely suitable machines for the manufacture of fastening components, such as:
- Screws
- Inserts
- Pins
- Rivets
These forming machines operate at a veryfast rate and maintain high precision, particularly on the diameters.
They can deform material from a Ø 1.5 wire to aØ 8 wire.
