Billardy is committed to meeting the needs of all stakeholders: customers, employees, suppliers and regulatory bodies. Our quality policy is based on the following principles:

We set annual quality objectives, monitor performance indicators, and mobilize all necessary means to achieve our commitments.
Through the PSCR and VDA 6.3 qualifications, we affirm our commitment to quality, product safety and regulatory compliance. These certifications strengthen our credibility with our clients and partners, and allow us to intervene with rigor and reliability in demanding environments such as the automotive industry.
Built-in Quality Control
Checks are carried out at each stage of production to ensure the conformity of the parts manufactured by CN Turning, Escomatic and Cold Heading. Our means of control include:
- Projecteurs de profil
- Roughness meter, durometer
- Micrometers, pads, rings
- KEYENCE measuring instrument (resolution 0.2 μm, 2D scanning, automatic report generation)
Local partnership and responsiveness
We work closely with local specialist partners to:
- Surface treatments
- Heat treatments
- Additional quality control, for example LASER inspection (unit inspection by camera at the show)

This proximity allows us to deliver quality finished products, within the requested timeframe, with optimal responsiveness.
KEYENCE measuring device
The KEYENCE IMseries measuring instrument allows for 2D measurements with a resolution of 0.2μm. In addition, the sweep function makes it possible to measure relatively long parts. A mounting between tips allows the positioning of parts on the table top. From its measurements, the device automatically generates monitoring reports, which are archived on the company’s network.

As part of our commitment to quality, Billardy carries out various types of audits to ensure the reliability of its processes and partners:
- Internal audits: Regular verification of our procedures, Monitoring of quality indicators, Identification of areas for improvement
- External audits: carried out by our clients or certification bodies, control of compliance with requirements (including IATF 16949), evaluation of overall performance
- Supplier audits: We carry out audits at our suppliers to ensure the quality of materials and components delivered. These controls allow us to prevent non-conformities, strengthen traceability and continuously improve our production chain.
These audits are for us levers of continuous improvement, and each observation gives rise to corrective or preventive actions to consolidate our quality requirement.
